Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. bet177 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its published processing schedule. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply. bet177 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds at its sole discretion.

Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where possible. bet177 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

bet177 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other promotional rewards to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real-money PKR. Games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — for example, certain table games may contribute less than slots.

bet177 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already received and partially used bonus funds, any remaining bonus balance may be forfeited.

All bets placed on the bet177 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including the selection, stake amount in PKR, and market — are correct before confirming any wager. bet177 accepts no liability for bets placed in error.

Casino games on the bet177 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. bet177 does not manipulate game outcomes, and no strategy or system can alter the mathematical probability of any individual spin, deal, or round.

Sportsbook markets and odds on bet177 are subject to change without notice. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other event-specific circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with bet177's sports betting rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

bet177 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event that was subject to a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or any circumstance that resulted in a manifestly incorrect market being made available. In such cases, the staked PKR amount will be returned to your account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet177 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for standard players
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal behaviour through the Platform

All content on the bet177 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of bet177 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the bet177 Platform without prior written consent from bet177. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

bet177 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

When material changes are made, bet177 will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 below.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to bet177's customer support team for resolution via good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support escalation within 30 days of being raised, either party may pursue resolution through available legal channels. Claims related to specific bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the date on which the relevant event or transaction occurred — claims raised outside this window may not be considered.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
